Suitable for the following techniques: warming-up
Release exercises
- Neck; with chin follow collarbone 3x left 3x right.
- Shoulder: stretched arm backwards left right alternately.
- Upper back: intertwine hands behind you and bend forward with straight upper body 3x.
- Lower back: drop hands; spread legs and make figure-eights.
- Upper legs: on knees and lean back 3x.
- Groin: sit with soles of feet together and butterfly.
