- 2 players on defense.
- 2 players at the free throw line.
- 2 players at the level of the other free throw line.
- Play 2 against 2 until there is a score or stop.
- Defense gives outlet pass to player at height free throw line.
- These go 2-for-2 to other side of the court.
- Offense becomes defense and returns.
- Defense goes to height free throw line.
Variation: can also go 3-on-3.

- Half players baseline.
- Half players half court.
- Player baseline throws against board and takes rebound.
- Chin the ball.
- Turn and dribble toward middle line.
- Outlet pass to player middle line.
- Player middle line goes for a layup.
- Dribbling return to baseline.
- Now with defender other side of field.
This exercise sounds simple but it certainly is not:
- The idea is for the player with the ball to get past a 100% giving defender in 3 dribbles.
- The scoring player stays put, misses then goes out and the defender may attack against a new person.
- The goal is for the player to give everything during this exercise.
- Here the attacker is forced to be explosive and use his whole body.
- Player A shoots from 10 different positions, with Player B rebounding and passing tight passes to Player A.
- 10x shots are made from each position.
- Both players take their turn.
- You have about 20 minutes to have both shot, if this is not the case there is a suicide.
- The goal of this exercise is to focus purely on your form.
At the end of the exercise you are asked which of the two has scored the most.
The losing player runs a suicide, should the score be forgotten, both players run a suicide.
The losing player runs a suicide, should the score be forgotten, both players run a suicide.
- Prior to the exercise, we first stretch and run a suicide.
- The ball is in the middle.
- Two persons run backwards on the starting signal to the back line, then first to get hold of the ball on the middle line.
- A 1-on-1 situation then arises here in which the person with the ball attacks and the other must defend.
- 2 groups at center line level.
- 2 players look towards goal.
- Coach throws ball towards goal.
- 2 players fight for the ball and play 1 against 1.
- All players stand in the five positions; five out.
- Each time the ball is passed and the player runs in and to the bottom spot.
- The whole team moves up a bit.
- You do this for x number of rounds.
- Players line up in 5 rows.
- 5 man wave to furthest free throw line.
- Player at the free throw line puts ball down and goes to defend with the player who last adjusted the ball.
- 3 v 2 attack on the basket.
Nice variation is that they have to have scored 5 points within 7 times -> otherwise push ups or suicide runsPlease
note: communication and quick turnover to attack is important!
