Basketball drills for
- 3 attackers around the bucket,
- 2 defenders in the bucket.
- Attackers around the bucket pass around.
- Defenders move towards the ball and give helpside.
- Right wing attacker sometimes dribbles inside to bucket edge and then outside again.
- players stand at the baseline on 5 lines 1 group in the middle the other 2 groups at the ends of the field the other 2 in between.
- The ball goes from the central player to player 2 who stands to the right of player 1.
- Then player 1 goes behind player 2 and passes player 4.
- While this is happening player 2 passes to player 3, and player 2 runs behind player 3 and past player 5 towards goal.
- Then player 3 passes to player 4 and performs the same overtaking move.
- When this happens, player 3 passes to player 4 and performs the same overtaking move.
- if player 5 is still too far from the goal he passes to player 1 who has to finish
- As soon as this is done the last passer and finisher go back in sprint defence to the other half where they will play 3 against 2.
- From the end of this fastbreak the shotter goes back into defence and the defending players attack.

- Goal:
- Post up the pivot.
- Feed the pivot. 2 on 2.
- Use all means, backscreen, pick-and-roll. Boxing-out.

- Attacker/defender start just right of midcourt next to each other.
- Attacker starts on the right.
- Passer behind (coach if necessary). Lob pass, roll or other.

- PURPOSE: Quick passing, cutting, helpside, ballside, boxing-out.
- First team at 5.
- Loser push-ups 6.
- The attackers are not allowed to move from their spot.
- They play the ball around and if they get the chance, they try to score
- The defenders have to run They try to prevent a goal from being scored
- When defenders are too static and stand by an attacker, you can do 3 things
- Or force the defenders to run by telling at least one of them to run towards the attacker with the ball
- Or tell the attackers they can take 2 steps.
- Or draw a square on the ground where the attackers can move.
- After 5 attempts, the defenders change with 2 new defenders.
- One person shoots free throws.
- Two other players stand behind the one who throws the free throw.
- According to the rules of the game
- Once the ball is gone the three players go for the rebound.
- If the person who made the free throw has the ball, he can make another free throw.
- If he doesn't have the ball, the 2 other players go to the other side of the court to attack, 2 against 1.
- If attacker is pressured by defender then go to free man, otherwise keep going until lay-up.
- The next three players get ready to execute the exercise.
- Players stand ready at the halfway line. The first one has a ball (then 2 without the ball).

- X2 takes rebound and passes in (after scoring!)
- X3 runs around the pot and starts defending

- take turns making a drive, alternating attack/defence
- First of the pair to have 5 points, wins.
- One person shoots free throws.
- Two other players stand behind the one who shoots the free throws. (According to the rules of the game)
- Once the ball is gone, the three players go for the rebound.
- If the person who threw the free throw has the ball, he can take another free throw.
- If he does not have the rebound, the three players are replaced by the next three.
