  2. Player in the middle is the loafer and tries to intercept the ball.
  3. The other 2 may try to make space between the pawns for the pass.
Points of attention:
  • Proper throwing technique.
  • Hands ready to catch.
  • No arc balls.
  • Running free, making sure you respond to the loafer.
drawing Loafing
  1. All players grab a ball and line up next to each other.
  2. The trainer stands with ball in front of it.
  3. The players follow the trainer dribbling as a mirror image. If the trainer goes forward then they go backward, if the trainer goes left then they go right, and so on.
Variation:
  • Trainer raises number of fingers and players call out how many; looking over the ball.
  • Sit down while dribbling and stand up again.
  • Lie down while dribbling and get up again.
  • Turn ball around waist.
  • Dribbling between the legs.

    • Underhand shot.
    • Articulated shot.

  • Same
  • Only right-handed players need to stretch more in time, kink shot in the air.
  • Be careful when coming down!
  • A square is made with 4 pawns.
  • The players stand inside this square and must keep balls thrown into it moving.
  • Note the players must work well together because they may only touch a ball once and then move on to another ball.
  • Large thick mat.
  • 1 player lies on the mat and tries to intercept balls directly or indirectly.
  • Always kneeling or lying position.
  • 2 duos are facing each other, in between is parallel a line marked with 2 poles.
  • There stands a 5th player who tries to intercept the balls, which are passed with bounce.
Good exercise for goalkeepers.
drawing Intercept the ball with bounce
Players stand in pairs in a plank position facing each other.
  • Roll 1 ball, right hand to right hand, left hand to left hand.
  • Tip to each other.
  • Throw over without the ball touching the ground.
  • The players stand in a square.
  • 1 player throws the ball 1 way and runs in the other direction and moves up one position.
  • Note, never throw diagonally.
Players must throw each other off, but may not run with the ball.

  • If you are off, then you walk like a zombie to the bench and stand on it.
  • If a ball is caught, and someone yells 'zombie ball'! then everyone is free again.
  • You may also try to throw off the person who hit you from the bench. Also then you can go back into the field.
Can also be done with 2 teams.
Circuit:
  • Zig-zag partoon with flat markers: walk forward and backward, pay attention to light stride, especially forefoot.
  • Then dribble to:
    • Goal on side next to center line, put bench in front of it. Make jump shot.
    • Left of goal 5 pawns: dribble slalom
    • Do a head roll on the mat.
    • Then to the right, there is a pawn at 6 meters, very diagonal to the goal. Make jump shot at 2 pawns standing in the goal.
