Shooting and running ahead

  • Each player shoots from behind the basket at 3 meters.
  • We work in threes.
  • You try to make a series as high as possible.
  • For each team there is a pawn on the line, the number of goal of the series may this pawn with large steps forward (without jumping).
  • Which group is first to the other side and back with its pawn.

Improve stability shot

  • Stand with both feet on the Stability Trainer, halfway round,

Speed ladder shot

Rebound from the front over a block

  • The first ball is played deep from the front pocket.
  • Then the other front comes in and passes the ball.

Organisation

  • The player under the basket pulls away

Shooting with pressure

  • 1 attacker and 1 defender.

  • The defender stands at the basket.

Shot on the move from space

  • Ball is in front of red. white moves up and down making it look like she is going to get the ball from red.
  • Blue sprints aside from the post and gets the ball from red.
