Distances 3 corners 10 meters to make it more difficult reduce the distances.
Distance next triangle 20 meters.

1st triangle:
  • A plays B in.
  • B plays C in.
  • C drops ball on A.
  • A gives ball in runs with C towards Pawn.
  • Running line A to B , B to C , C becomes A.
2nd triangle:
  • A2 plays B2 in.
  • B2 passes to C2.
  • C2 drops ball on A2.
  • A2 plays the ball to D2.
  • D2 turns open, plays E2 in.
  • E2 plays F2 in.
  • F2 drops ball on D2.
  • D2 hands ball in, runs with F2 towards Pawn.
  • Running line A to B, B to C, C to D, D to E, E to F, F becomes A.
3rd triangle:
  • A3 plays B3 in.

  • Ball always starts to the left of the goal.

2 Teams compete to see who gets between the hats across the field first.

  • 2 teams line up on the side of the field.
  • Player 1 stands at one and a half meters with legs apart and facing the queue.
  • Player 2 stands in the same position one and a half meters behind player 1.

  1. Player 3 starts the exercise by slaloming dribbling between the players.
    When he has passed the last player, he passes the ball through the spread legs of the other players toward the first in the queue and stands in the same position one and a half meters behind the last player.
  2. When there are no more players in the queue, player 1 starts the slalom and completes it as previously described.
    In this way, the team moves forward toward the finish line. Whoever gets there first has won.
  3. By varying the dribble, for example tip-top dribble or reverse dribble, you can make the exercise easier or more difficult.

Make two teams of 3/ 4 players and a goalkeeper.

Goal: Both teams can score on a big goal with goalkeeper.


  • When the ball is out, start at the goalie's side.

  • A variation or addition is to have players run and pass the ball in diagonal lines.

  • When it goes well the speed has to go up.
  • When it doesn't go well, the speed has to go down and they always have to receive the ball first. 
  • When it still goes well, make the field smaller.
  • The way back is the same
    • Player 5 passes the ball to player 6
    • Player 6 passes the ball to player 4
    • Player 5 runs behind player 6
    • Player 4 passes the ball to player 5
    • Player 6 passes the ball to player 3 and runs on to the pawn near player 2
    • Player 6 runs diagonally left along player 4
    • Player 3 passes the ball to player 6 
    • Player 6 passes the ball to player 1 and then runs on to the pawn near player 1

  • Exercise corner kick 15 minutes.
  • Coach on where to stand and what running lines are expected of them. 
  • Only run when the ball is played. 
  • No fixed instruction, do not walk on top of each other. 
  • If possible, shoot straight away. 
  • When not scoring, create more overtime with attackers. 
  • The goal is to score when there are an even number of opponents.
  • Let the attackers change positions often.

  • Always play with 1 overtime. 
  • Adjust the size of the field if it is difficult to play over.
