Description
  • Play a 2-against-2 match on a quarter field.
  • Use a thin rope in the middle as a divider or cones if necessary.
  • Add variations, such as mandatory play via the boards once or mandatory passing twice.
Execution
  • Keep the pace high by scoring within 10 seconds.
  • After a goal, immediately take the ball out to quickly resume play.
  • Pause the game to explain important aspects such as moving off the ball and forehand passing.
