There is no notice period: you can cancel your subscription at any time.

How does it work?

• Monthly subscription: you pay per month and your subscription renews automatically every month.
• Annual subscription: you pay per year and your subscription renews automatically every year.

What happens when I cancel?
Your subscription will no longer renew. You can keep using Yoursportplanner until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded.

How do I cancel?

• Go to My Profile > Subscriptions in the menu and click Manage subscription & payment. You can cancel your subscription there.
• Did you subscribe in the app through the App Store or Google Play? Then cancel through the subscription settings on your phone.
• Do you pay afterwards by invoice? Please contact us and we will arrange it for you.
