Execution
The player starts with a ball. The trainer calls out a colour, for example, RED. The player dribbles through the two red gates.
After the gates, the player goes through the white gate.
The player strikes the ball with a push pass towards the goal.
Technique Course
The player starts with the ball and performs a slalom.
Dribbles further and executes a dummy move at the cones.
Dribbles around the cone.
Dribbles towards a small barrier on the ground and lifts the ball over it.
Dribbles further and goes around the cone.
Performs a drag flick trick at the cones.
Pushes the ball towards the goal afterwards.
