Tennisexercise: snake run

Warming up game
Trainer leads the way and players follow in a string.
Trainer makes turns like a snake and players follow.
After a minute a movement is added. Then the walking becomes, for example, hopscotching or they wave their arms around while walking.
Then the trainer calls a player's name and that player then leads the way and determines the running direction.
As a trainer, you can then give commands about the "movement.
