Setup
Players are positioned in pairs at the cones.
The outer player holds the ball, while the inner player must accelerate.
Execution
The inner player accelerates and tries to stop at the finish line.
After a scoring attempt, roles are switched.
The attacker performs defensive slides while the defender dribbles the ball.
Players challenge each other and maintain a deep dribble.
The exercise is conducted at both baskets so they run in circles.
