Initial Setup
1 defender positioned at the free throw line
1 defender positioned at the centre circle
1 defender positioned at the free throw line
Cones placed at both ends of the court
Course
Attacking player dribbles past the 3 defenders
Attacking player performs a lay-up at the end
Attacking player sprints back with the ball over the full length of the court
Defence earns 3 points for each player they can stop
Attacking player earns 1 point if they can pass a defender
