Basketballexercise: throwing and catching the ball on one leg
Suitable for the following techniques:

Throwing and catching the ball on one leg
Objective
To improve balance and stability by passing the ball to each other while standing on one leg.
Setup
Players stand in pairs facing each other on the court.
Both players stand on one leg.
One player has a ball.
Execution
Player 1 throws the ball to Player 2.
Player 2 catches the ball and throws it back to Player 1.
Both the passer and the receiver remain on one leg while throwing and catching.
The coach determines the number of times the ball is passed back and forth.
Variations
Use different sizes of basketballs or other types of balls.
Change the distance between the players.
Vary the types of passes, such as chest pass or bounce pass.
Points of Attention
Ensure the feet are pointing straight forward and are slightly more than shoulder-width apart.
Distribute the weight over the balls of the feet, not on the toes.
Keep the heels on the ground.
Keep the knees bent.
Keep the back straight.
