Handballexercise: jump shot technique
Suitable for the following techniques:

Jump shot technique
Use Magnet aiming discs or a hole cloth if necessary.
Player throws to thrower, player catches ball again, lands in 0pass.
Then 3-step. Pay attention:
Left hand goes with ball, left arm stays slightly in front of body. Protection of ball and space in front.
Keep body low, increases jumping power. Dribble also helps.
High jump off, right leg gives a kicking motion slightly to the outside during throw.
Keep arm high at beginning of throw for more throwing power.
