Handballexercise: o pass side step front pass
Suitable for the following techniques:

O pass side step front pass
Two rows facing each other along the sideline.
On both sides two players start 1 with ball, 1 without.
From a 3 meter distance the ball is passed to another player
The one who receives the ball makes an o pass side pass front pass and then passes the ball to the player behind the sideline.
The person without the ball becomes the defender on the moment of play.
When the attacker has passed, pass to the sideline.
After a few rounds change to the right.
