Handballexercise: rugby
Suitable for the following techniques:
warming-up
Rugby
Create 2 teams.
Each team defends the sideline.
As a team, try to reach the sideline -back line- and put the ball on the ground.
You may only throw the ball sideways or backwards.
The defense may defend as in rugby, but may not tackle.
Variations:
The ball must be passed at least 5 times.
The ball must go across in 6 times. No more, no less.
