Course of exercise:
Twosome starts with the ball;
A throws to B;
A runs to the position of B;
B throws ball to other player at position A.
Assignment form:
Form two groups of three people;
Each group a ball.
Example form:
Preform the exercises you give so participants understand.
Observation Form:
See if the participants are throwing into their hands;
See if participants are doing the exercise easily:
Increase the distance or decrease the distance between the players.
Coaching Form:
Play the ball into the other person's hands;
Step out the moment you throw the ball.
