Suitable for the following techniques:
Balance on one leg
Execution
Work in pairs, where the rear person pushes the front person forward.
The front person stands on one leg while being pushed.
Once the designated line is reached, the front person continues to skate on one leg.
Tips
Keep the arms crossed next to the body for extra balance.
Fully engage the supporting leg.
