Inline-skatingexercise: five-pass game
Suitable for the following techniques:
Five-pass game
Objective
Pass the ball to your own team as many times as possible without it bouncing or being blocked and intercepted by the other team.
The team that completes 5 or 10 passes first wins.
Execution
Form two groups of at least three players.
Each time the ball bounces, it goes to the other team.
You cannot pass to the same person twice in a row.
