Weight transfer on gliding leg
Execution
Gain a little speed and ride in a straddle position with the skates straight forward.
Keep the weight on one bent leg, while the other leg is stretched sideways.
Transfer your weight from one leg to the other without rising up.
Check if your weight rests on your supporting leg by lifting the stretched leg sideways.
The skates remain parallel and straight forward, ensuring the speed does not increase.
