Exercise 1: Throwing from Cone Position V to Position III
Start from cone position V.
Run to position III on side A.
Exercise 2: Throwing with One Arm
Begin at position II.
Throw the ball with one arm and catch with an extended arm.
Exercise 3: With Overhead and Intermediate Pass
Perform the exercise with overhead pass and intermediate pass.
Exercise 4: Ball Passing to Player
Replace the ball with another player.
Player runs in and passes to player at position 2.
Exercise 5: Player at Position 5
Perform the exercise with the player at position 5.
