Korfballexercise: dribble sprints
Suitable for the following techniques:

Dribble sprints
Players line up along one side of the field and start dribbling quietly on the spot.
At the 1st whistle they accelerate, but stay on the spot.
At the 2nd whistle, they sprint to the other side.
You can vary this a lot, so 1st half backwards and then sprint.
Slowly walk up to the sprint.
Always do this from within the dribble.
