Korfballexercise: dynamic warm-up

Execution
Position the players in a line next to each other.
Place a tennis ball on the ground approximately 1 metre in front of them.
Have them stand with their feet slightly apart.
Quick jogging - dribbling - on the spot.
Instructions
On the trainer's signal, while dribbling, they should:
Hands on knees.
Hands on toes.
Hands on shoulders.
Hands forward.
Hands in the air.
When the trainer shouts "Ball!", they should grab the ball as quickly as possible.
Repeat and mix up the commands for variety.
