Release exercises

  • Neck; with chin follow collarbone 3x left 3x right.
  • Shoulder: stretched arm backwards left right alternately.
  • Upper back: intertwine hands behind you and bend forward with straight upper body 3x.
  • Lower back: drop hands; spread legs and make figure-eights.
  • Upper legs: on knees and lean back 3x.
  • Groin: sit with soles of feet together and butterfly.
