Shooting round in a square

Setup
  • Cones are placed in a square around the korf.
  • A ball is placed on two of the four cones.
  • Two rebounders stand inside the square.
  • A shooter stands at two of the four cones.
Execution
  • At the start signal, the shooters run to the cone on their right where a ball is placed.
  • After shooting, the shooters continue running between the cones.
  • If there is no ball on a cone, they keep running until they find a cone with a ball, which must be placed there by the rebounders.
  • Upon scoring, the shooter switches with the rebounder they are paired with.
  • Work in groups of four, with pairs for more structure.
  • Shoot and rebound for one minute, then switch places and continue immediately.
  • A competitive element can be added by competing against each other, with each shooter shooting a maximum of four times.
  • Regardless of the score, switching is mandatory.
Variations
  • Change the distance of the cones for variation.
  • Add a running course between the cones for longer running lines.
  • Players may change running direction to reach a new ball faster.
