Korfballexercise: u-shape sprint competition

Execution
There is a U-shape of cones on the field.
Players from team 1 compete against players from team 2.
This setup is laid out twice, so each team can stand opposite each other and play against the opponent's section.
Players move forward and backward through the first four cones, facing each other.
Then, hop straight forward from point B to point C.
Next, hop sideways from point C to point D.
At point D, take one step back and sprint to point E.
The first player to reach point E and touch the cone scores a point.
Everyone runs twice.
