Execution
The exercise begins with two groups of players on either side of the pitch.
Each group has its own goal to shoot at.
The players take turns taking a ball and attempting to score on their respective goal.
After the shot, the player joins the back of the line on the opposite side of the pitch.
The exercise continues until all players have completed multiple finishing attempts.
