Warming up

Exercises with ball in cross.1 ball per group required.
  • Ball dribble and swerve to left/right.
  • Ball dribble to middle pots, 4x ball tip and swerve without ball to left/right and take other ball.
  • Ball dribble, scissors, swerve to left/right.
