Suitable for the following techniques:

Attack
Pairs with 1 ball.
Player at the net has the ball.
Who hits the ball out of position to defender who is ready at 6 meters.
Defender plays ball back into attacker's hands.
Attacker catches ball and hits again.
After 5x substitutions
Variant:
Same only now play continues so attacker no longer catches the ball but plays it to himself and then attacks from position.
Attacker now jumps at attack.
