Libero trigger: three-option attack against live blocking

Formation
  • Trainer on one side with two blockers in front in zone 2-3 or 3-4.
  • On the opposite side: Libero in reception, setter around 2/3, and two attackers (e.g., outside hitter + middle blocker, or outside hitter + opposite hitter).
Progression
  • The trainer throws an unpredictable ball to the libero.
  • There are four targets:
  • Green: Set up to position 4 for a line attack.
  • Blue: Set up to position 4 for a tip over the block.
  • Red: Set up to the middle for a tip over the block.
  • Yellow: Set up to the corner (inside) or middle for a deep hit to position 5.
