Volleyballexercise: overhand technique

Overhand technique
On your own:
Throwing the ball straight up above your head. Using legs and arms. Catch the ball.
Keep the ball in the air, it doesn't matter how. Let's get it warm.
Play the ball 5x (or more) with overhand technique
Play 5x (or more) the ball with underhand technique
Per 2 players:
10x throwing and catching the ball with overhand technique
Throw the ball correctly 10 times, the other player plays it back overhand. And vice versa
Pass the ball correctly 10 times, the other player returns underhand. Vice versa.
