Sparring in threes with ball transfer

Objective

  • To improve the build-up and ball transfer within a team.

Execution

  • Team Blue begins by building an attack on the A-side of the court.
  • When Team Blue plays the ball over the net, each player runs under the net to the B-side.
  • On the B-side, Team Blue builds up an attack again.
  • Meanwhile, Team Red prepares on the A-side to repeat the same process.
  • Start with the teams playing together, then they can play against each other for a competitive element.
