Execution
Players begin at the marker and everything is played underhand.
Optional: Start with a short ball if there are enough players. Otherwise, start at the marker and move backwards.
Move backwards for a deep ball.
Sprint forward for a short ball.
Move sideways for a short ball.
Move backwards again for a deep ball.
Points of Attention
Ensure the ball is thrown as soon as the previous ball is played.
The ball should be thrown in a way that is achievable but challenging.
