Execution
  • Players begin at the marker and everything is played underhand.
  • Optional: Start with a short ball if there are enough players. Otherwise, start at the marker and move backwards.
  • Move backwards for a deep ball.
  • Sprint forward for a short ball.
  • Move sideways for a short ball.
  • Move backwards again for a deep ball.
Points of Attention
  • Ensure the ball is thrown as soon as the previous ball is played.
  • The ball should be thrown in a way that is achievable but challenging.
