Warm-up in a circle

Execution
  • Position the players in a circle with 5 to 6 players on each side of the court.
  • Players pass the ball around.
  • If the ball does not reach correctly, it is caught and replayed.
Exercises
  • 1a) Overhead passing with an intermediate touch.
  • 1b) Overhead passing without an intermediate touch.
  • 2a) Underhand catching and overhead passing.
  • 2b) Underhand passing.
  • 3) Introduce a second ball into play. The ball must be passed directly, both overhead and underhand.
