Warm-up in a circle
Execution
Position the players in a circle with 5 to 6 players on each side of the court.
Players pass the ball around.
If the ball does not reach correctly, it is caught and replayed.

Overhead passing with an intermediate touch.

2a)
Underhand catching and overhead passing.

Underhand passing.
3)
Introduce a second ball into play. The ball must be passed directly, both overhead and underhand.
