Shooter vs rebounder count

The focus in this exercise is on shooting to score. The shooter must score 3 goals. You get one point for each shot you hit and switch when you succeed. The rebounder under the post gets one point for each shot you miss. Inthisway we increase the pressure on the shooter in front of the basket. When the shooter in front of the basket has scored three goals we switch functions. The rebounder becomes the shooter and shoots until three goals have been scored. Who has the most points?
  1. A shooter stands at shot distance in front of the basket, a rebounder under the post.
  2. The attacker keeps shooting until three goals have been scored.
  3. Each goal scored counts as a point for the shooter.
  4. Each missed shot counts as a point for the rebounder.
  5. When three goals are scored, there is a change of positions.
  6. When both players have scored three goals the game is over. Who has the most points?
Too difficult:To prevent the rebounder from getting a lot of points because the shooter doesn't get to three goals (quickly) a rule of play can be introduced:
  • If the shooter misses five times in a row, the game is also changed.
To make the shot easier, one can choose to shoot close to the post.Too easy:Does the shooter score a lot of goals? Challenge him by increasing the shot distance
