Volleyball drill: warm-up
Suitable for the following techniques:

Warm-up
Mats and tapping:
There are 3 mats.
Players must change mats 10 times. They can be tapped and then they lose the points.
Game:
2 teams play against each other.
Ball must be thrown OH.
If one has caught the ball, one may not run with the ball.
If one drops the ball one must leave the field of play. One can return if the other fellow players have caught the ball 3 times.
2-pairs one ball:
Throwing on and touching back, pay attention to good posture, stand firmly wide, make small passes towards the ball.
Passing and touching back from movement:
Running backwards
Walk sideways
Running forward
Trying to play over:
1x to yourself and then play over.
Trying to run after.
1,5 meter
