1 vs 1 (challenging defender)
Players will stand offense and defense, facing each other on the three-point line.
Then an alternating 1 vs 1 situation is started.
Offense is going to provoke the defense through jab steps, pump fakes and other feints.
Only when the defender steps on the wrong leg, steps up from his defense before the shot or when there is no reaction, a shot may be fired/passed to score.
The goal of the exercise is to read your defense better and not to lose your triple threat by dribbling immediately.
