Korfball drills
- Make 2 teams of 4 players.
- Hats!
- Gather between the 4 baskets.
- The attacking team gets the ball and can choose which basket to attack.
- This is to encourage them to look for free space.
- The other team follows, intercepts the ball?
- Then they choose. Do this the first 5 minutes.
- Then another variant.
- Divide all players over 4 teams. Each team gets its own basket and must defend it.
- If one team has the ball, they choose where to attack.
- In a field of nine squares the aim is to make 3 in a row (butter, cheese and eggs).
- Two teams have a pair of 2 players ready.
- One runs to a square to occupy it, the other dribbles through the pawns and plays the ball to the square.
- Only when the ball is received in the box it may remain there.
- When both players of the team have run back, the next two may play.
- 1 declarer throws the ball to the person in front of the basket then he takes a shot if the ball is caught under the basket he then goes inside and takes a through ball finally he then takes a short chance.
- Point count:
- Shot counts 2x
- Walkthrough counts 1x
- Short chance counts 1x
- 5min long and then look per basket who has the most points = 2 times
- there are 3 tickers.
- The other players bounce to the center line,
- the taggers try to tap the ball away.
- 5 men per basket.
- Players A start as attackers in front of the basket.
- Players V start as defenders, 1.5 arms' length away from the shooter.
- Player C starts with the ball in the box.
- Attacker A must try to score through the 1 on 1 duel.
- It does not matter how (distance, evasion, dlb).
- When the attacker has the ball in his hands, the defender has to close the gap. D
- he defender is not allowed to tap or block balls.
- The V must show that she is with the attacker, but must allow the shot.

- In between the attackers change.
2 persons per pole
- From the front a hat at 5 meter distance, on one side at 3 meter distance and one side at 1 meter distance. the back at about 4 meter distance.
- Number 1 starts shooting. Number 2 takes the catch.
- When number 1 has scored, he/she moves to the side and when he/she has scored again, we move to the other side.
- Score 4 times in total. If you succeeded then it is number 2's turn.
- If number 1 hasn't scored 4x after 2 minutes we change and train separately on shot technique.
- Try shot to the basket
- Hit? 2 points!
- Miss, but catch the ball before it hits the ground? 1 point.
- Two children per basket.
- Make a square with 3 pawns and 1 pole. (With four players).
- When you have 5 players you have to add a fourth pole.
- You pass quickly from pillar 1 to the last pillar.
- This one tries to score. After passing or shooting, everyone immediately turns one pole further.
