Korfball drills for technique shoot / score / shot
- 3 teams per basket.
- 1 fixed rebound / declarer, the other 2 shoot alternately on the basket and count the number of goals.
- After 90 seconds the rebound changes its function.
- Number of players per pole is not important.
- Players will shoot from 5 to 6 meters according to age.
- If they throw in the basket consecutively, they may double the score.
- At 2 I throw in, then it's 3, then I throw in again, then it's 6 and so on.
- If a player scores, he also has to keep throwing.
- This is played with seniors usually to 3000 or 5000
- Two or three players start shooting from 3 to 4 meters,
- when they're all in, they move to the left side of the basket.
- There they have to shoot again in two or three or...before they go to the next point.
- In this way the players get all the points (wind directions) around the pole.
- With a 2 or 3 team at the basket.
- You put four hats around the basket.
- Player A starts shooting until he has scored once on all 4 sides,
- Then player B starts shooting until he has scored on all 4 sides.
- who finishes first.
- If you have 1 trio, then one of the children in the pair has to shoot again.
- You start with 3 players at a pole.
- Number 1 runs aside, gets the ball and shoots, then the one under the post (player 3) catches the ball.
- At that moment player 2 has to cut in front of player 1 and run for the second chance.
- Continue this way until one of the two has made three.
- The loser changes places with the one under the basket, a winner may stay at the basket a maximum of 3 times.
- Roll the dice
- How many dots do you see?
- This is how many steps you make from the basket and from there you make a distance shot.
- 2nd variant:
- Throw the dice
- How many dots do you see?
- How many walk-throughs or penalty shots or small chances can you make?
- Three teams at a basket. 1 shooter, 2 catchers who stand about 3 metres on either side of the basket facing the shooter.
- As soon as the shooter has released the ball, they may move towards the basket to catch it.
- The first player to catch the ball correctly may be the shooter.
- Quick turn.
- If there is a person who does not catch the ball first, give that person extra guidance to catch it correctly.
- Two teams.
- Setters on 2/3 on a mat.
- Basket on both sides on 4.
- High speed ball over the net, pass to setter, setter plays towards the basket.
- The setter is not allowed to leave the mat!
- Hitting the basket is 1 point, ball in basket is 3 points.
- Who is first at 25 wins!
- You have two mats in the room, two teams have to defend each a mat of their own.
- But before they can attack, one of the two teams must complete a task. The team that finishes first gets the ball and may attack.
- The other teams may only move once their team member has also completed the task.
- You are not allowed to run with the ball, so you have to pass.
- Group per basket
- 5 stop shots
- 4 back 3 meter
- 6 times frontside 4 meter
- 2 times front side 5 meters
- 4 stop shots back side
2 poles and 2 groups at each pole.
- Place 9 hoops away from the basket.
- The number 1 of each group shoots from 4 meters.
- If he/she scores, he/she may place a hat in one of the hoops.
- If he/she misses, it's the next group's turn.
- This continues until one group has three in a row horizontally, diagonally or vertically.
- You make groups of 2 or 3.
- You are going to shoot at the basket and when you have scored you call YO,
- and then you (and the rest what shoots) turn to the next pole.
- So you go through who first 5 times (or less because you want) has said YO has won
