Everyone a ball and distribute along the length of the field
- Dribble back and forth; jump stop, pivot across or keep dribbling.

- Stationary: through the legs, step out, dribble, step back, 8-tap low dribble, behind your back.
- 3x left, 3x crossover, 3 x right.
- Push from left to right with 1 hand.
- Through steps, dribble backward through legs and forward again, staying on 1 line.
- Dribble from high to low, sit and stand up again.
- Behind your standing legs dribble.
Pawns
- 2 pawns crossover touch pylon with your hand - shield ball
- 2 pawns, eight around pylons - 1 hand
- row of pylons - slalom
- Three rows on baseline, balls to one side.
- Pass from side to middle and goes to 1/4 of sideline.
- Pass from middle to other sideline and sprint to sideline-centerline.
- Pass from baseline to sideline and sprint to middle of center line.
On 4 spots behind 3-line are shooters.
On baseline a 2 passers with 4 balls.
On baseline a 2 passers with 4 balls.
- Each ball goes to first shooter on sideline, who passes to next etc. etc.
- Until 4th ball is at other sideline, shooter shoots.
- 3rd ball at 3rd shooter shoots.
- 2nd ball at 2nd shooter and 1st at 1st shooter and shoots.
- Then rotate position.
3 minutes get as many points as possible or with more than 12 players teams shoot against each other.
1. The player at the baseline shot, taps the baseline and runs his line to the other goal.
2. The player at the free throw line takes the rebound, passes to the wing and runs along the sideline to the other goal.
3. The player on the wing requests the ball, dribbles the ball down the middle to the sideline, passes the ball to the player on the left, who passes the ball to the rebounder who finishes with a layup.
Pass-through system shotter becomes rebounder, rebounder becomes wing, wing becomes shotter.

Different options:
- Player under the basket, pass from the corner and player runs in. Quick scoring from close range.
Make it more difficult by throwing first ball against the board/wall, then score. - Player with ball on the centerline, 2nd player on the backline.
Player with ball starts dribble and 2nd player chases and must first throw ball against the board/or wall for score.
Make sure you have good power, deep good slides and a tight pass to the man.
- First player sprints without the ball to pawn with close out.
- Slides to the second pawn.
- Turn around -> get the ball passed to you -> finish the ball.
- Players line up in 5 rows.
- 5 man wave to furthest free throw line.
- Player at the free throw line puts ball down and goes to defend with the player who last adjusted the ball.
- 3 v 2 attack on the basket.
Nice variation is that they have to have scored 5 points within 7 times -> otherwise push ups or suicide runsPlease

2 players start on baseline.
- They sprint to elbow and backwards again to baseline,
- From there SLIDES to corner baseline and then a sprint to the sideline other side.
- 2 players start in corner baseline.
- Sprint to elbow of paint, there they turn a circle.
- From there to the centerline - sideline and make a turn there as well.
- Then to the elbow of the paint on the other side, turn and run to the corner.
- Start with hopping.
- Cross walk.
- Cross walk with stop and deflect and back-flip.
- Foot to knee.
- Knee to chest.
- Frog-jump.
- Arms forward and extend leg to front, flush to hands.
- Same leg swing but then swing through to back.
- Lunge: right foot behind then tap the right heel with left hand.
- After 2 SLIDES lunge position and then rotate torso to left and right.
- Right foot to the back and grab with left hand, then left hand far up.
- Right foot back and grasp with left hand, then extend left hand forward.
- Back with knees raised, after 3 backs, sag.
- Make long with both arms and then drop through knee on 1 leg, then SLIDES step.
Team often stands waiting with the whole team to take ball.
- 1 player starts with the ball on the back line. Other players without ball.
- On starting signal, player 1 starts dribbling the ball to the center line
- The other players sprint to the center line.
- Whoever is slower than player 1 sprints 1x up and down the field.
Variant: this exercise can also be done with a rebound. Trainer rebounds ball and plays ball to player 1. Rest starts from the back line.
Goal: This drill is made to get players to attack the basket more in a straight line in a 1 v 1 situation.

- Outer man dribbles the ball and goes 1 time around the pawn.
- Inner man slaloms between the poles to create a 1v1 situation.
- Then catch the ball and chest pass to each other towards the other side of the field.
- There the outer man, the same as in the first play, taps the pawn and checks the ball.
- Try to get past the defense by means of provocation: jab step, pump fake, low swing etc.
