Gym classexercises
Execution
- The children stand in a line and run in a circle.
- When the trainer calls the name of the player at the back, this player sprints to the front. For example: player red goes to the front.
- Jump: All children jump in their place.
- Ground: All children touch the ground.
Game Setup
- Divide the class into two teams.
- Place a thick mat upright on the center line of the hall.
- Position a mini trampoline in front of each horizontal mat.
- Each team has six cones.
- Jump with both feet simultaneously onto the mini trampoline.
- Land with both feet simultaneously on the landing mat.
- Take a run-up from the front onto the mini trampoline and do not bounce on the trampoline.
- Eliminate opponents by throwing over the thick mat from the air.
- If you are hit, place a cone down next to the field.
- The game is played with two teams, each on one side of the hall.
- The children must eliminate their opponents by jumping on the mini trampoline and throwing over the thick mat from the air.
Game Progression
- Start with 2 hoops, each with 2 taggers.
- If you are tagged, grab the hoop and become a tagger as well.
- When there are 4 taggers per hoop, the rule "4 is too many" applies.
- This means that 2 out of the 4 must get a new hoop from the instructor.
- Once everyone is tagged, the students return the hoops and a new round begins.
Objective
- The goal is to get three cones in a row.
Execution
- Form two teams. From each team, one player runs with a coloured cone and places it in a hoop.
- As soon as the first player returns, the second player from the team starts, followed by the third.
- If there is one cone of each colour, the fourth player is allowed to move a coloured cone to get three in a row.
Execution
- Players stand in a circle, each with their own ball.
- A large ball is placed in the middle of the circle.
- Try to hit the ball in the middle.
- You may keep the ball within the circle by using your feet.
Execution
- Make two teams.
- Each team stands ready on one side of the field at the baseline.
- Place as many balls as there are players on both 3-meter lines.
- When the trainer shouts "GO!", everyone starts rolling the balls to the other side.
- The team with the fewest balls on their side after 3 minutes wins.
Setup
- Place a springboard approximately half to a full step in front of the vaulting box.
- The students line up at the marker.
- The students take a run-up from the marker and jump onto the vaulting box via the springboard.
- They land standing on two feet.
- The students take a run-up from the marker and jump over the vaulting box via the springboard.
- They must not touch the vaulting box.
- The students take a run-up from the marker and jump over the vaulting box via the springboard.
- They place their hands on the vaulting box, but their legs must go over first.
- The students take a run-up from the marker and jump over the vaulting box via the springboard.
- They kick their feet/legs upwards and place their hands on the vaulting box, but their legs must go over first.
- Ensure the vaulting box is not too high and adjust the height if necessary.
Execution
- The children run in pairs through the hall.
- One child tries to follow the other.
- The child in front must suddenly change pace.
- The front child must frequently change direction sharply.
- Form groups of four or five children.
- On a signal, the child at the back sprints to the front and then leads the direction.
Execution
- Play tag in the gymnasium with several poles.
- There are at least 2 fewer poles than the number of children.
- If you are holding a pole, you cannot be tagged.
- You may hold a pole for a maximum of 3 seconds.
- If a second person approaches the pole, the first person must release the pole.
Execution
- Set up a playing field.
- Select one person as the tagger.
- The tagger must try to tag everyone.
- The other players have two balls to pass around.
- You cannot be tagged if you have the ball in your hands.
- If the tagger runs towards someone, quickly throw the ball to that player.
- The ball cannot be held indefinitely.
Setup
- The instructor creates a square using benches in the middle of the playing field.
- All balls are placed inside the square.
- The instructor selects 2 students to stand inside the square.
- The remaining students spread out over the playing field.
- The throwers try to throw all the balls out of the square.
- The retrievers try to bring all the balls back into the square.
- Each round lasts 2 to 5 minutes, as determined by the instructor.
- At the final signal: if there are more balls inside the square, the retrievers win; otherwise, the throwers win.
Goal is to put 3 in a row.
- Make 2 teams
- From each team, 1 player runs with a colored hat and places it in a hoop
- When the first player returns the 2nd player of the team starts, then the 3rd.
- When there is 1 hat of each color the 4th player may move a colored hat to get 3 in a row.
