Handballexercises for technique attack / offense
Exercises:
- Exercise 1:
- 1 vs 1 without a goalkeeper in the goal so that shots can continue to be made in quick succession, when everyone has shot the balls pass and keep changing defenders. Then build up to 2 vs 2 and so on to 3 vs 3.
- Exercise 2:
- Around the center line practice footwork with the ladders.
- Exercise 3:
- Second line -> occupy the 3 buildup positions offensively and teach the second line. Starting on the left side, causing it to start up and come in, eventually ending up at the right build-up. the Middle and right build-ups both move up one position to the left. The ball passes through the left build-up to the right build-up, which then plays to the middle build-up who will finish.
- Occupy the 3 buildup positions offensively.
- From the left buildup, the player shoots freely, that is, without a defender.
- From the right buildup shoot over the thick mat, here a springboard can be used.
- 4 attackers
- 3 defenders not passing but playing off when they are not coming
- Up and shoot
- Playing the circle
Circle spair. Left/right builders put pressure or shoot or pass to circle
- Blue throws the ball to the goalie and runs to the pylon.
- Keeper catches the ball and throws a break out on the running blue player.
- If goalkeeper cannot throw a break, throw ball to MA. This one throws BO.

- The ball starts at the left corner which puts pressure and from there the pressure continues.
- The defenders make considerable contact with the attackers by pushing the hands on the shoulders/ hip.
- The attackers pass in time and keep the ball high.
- When there is not enough defense, the attacker continues.
- Eventually the corner rounds the corner.
- Then the ball goes from the other corner and pressure is played.
- 5-1 defense with rubber bands sliding together on the circle.
- Corner dares to release when the ball is on the other side of the field.
- Then without rubber bands and make contact through the 9.
- Play ball under pressure from defender.
- Variation in coverage forms:
- Getting out or not, press on the ball.
- Offering or not offering the ball-running route
- All positions of the defender require adjustment of the attacker.

- The front player in the line gets to roll her ball away and chooses position on the 9 meter and starts to function as the point of play.
- The front player of the line plays the point of play, paces towards the center line, gets the ball back just before the center line.
- Catches the ball with 2 hands, makes 3 passes and then starts to tip.
