Pass exercise

- A starts with the ball and plays it back to B first.
- When B has taken the ball the 3-on-3 starts and the defenders may start pressuring.
- Tips for the attackers:
- Use the practice of switching the strikers.
- Play only the safe ball.
- Remember the 4 squares in the circle.
- Tips for the defenders:
- Keep your man/woman in the circle.
- Push them to one side.
- Always put pressure on the ball so don't let them shoot.
You play ball possession with your team.
- Keep the ball in your own team
- Create triangles to move the ball around easily
- Party game with two goals and a square in the middle of the field.
- The ball may not be played through the square. In that case the ball is in touch.
- So the idea is to play field hockey outside and not through the axis of the field.
- A starts with the ball
- B comes for the ball, puts his/her stick down
- A plays a hard aimed push to B
- B elevators the ball over the bar
- Turns away and drives the ball into the circle and rounds off
- A starts with the ball
- The player floats with the ball to the pawn in front of him/her
- The player drives around it with her/his forehand
- A gives a push out of the run to the in-running B
- B runs in and takes the ball
- Pushes into the circle and rounds on goal
Relay
- Make two equal teams; team red and team blue.
- Start with ball at orange pawn.
- Float a lap around the green pawns and place ball with hand on pawn red.
- Then run a lap around the green pawns without ball and tap the blue pawn with your hand.
- Then walk another circle around the green pawns and take the ball off the red pawn.
- Then drive a circle around the green pawns with ball and pass the ball to the next one.
Note:
- Depending on the number of players, you can have everyone take 1, 2 or 3 turns.
- Once a player has had her/his last turn, she/he sits on the floor.
- If a team has all its players sitting on the ground, they win the relay.
- Putting pressure on the bowl in positional play

Learning to attack using space over right.
- In the two squares, there is loitering.
- Taking turns, the blue ones from the square attack, creating a 4-on-3.
- When this attack is over, they go back to their square and loaf.
- Then the other square starts attacking.
Defending out using a feint flat:
- Position yourself well in relation to the opponent.
- Make a feint as if you are going to flatten the ball.
- Change technique at the last moment and play the ball calmly.
- Ensure good communication with your fellow players.
- Stay alert to any pressure from the opponent and adjust your action accordingly.
