Korfballexercises for technique condition / strength
- The player faces the basket.
- Player jumps sideways over the two hurdles and runs sideways to the hat.
- Gets played the ball and takes a shot;
- The player jumps forward over the two hurdles and sprints to the hat
- Then the player sprints to the post and then takes a through ball
- We score 20x with the hats on the right side and 20x with the hats on the left side.
2-minute walk-through ball and shot take.
- In threes or twos to the basket.
- There is constantly 1 person working for 2 minutes, ideally 2 people for rebounding.
- There are pawns/slip dots in a square around the basket, about 4 meters apart.
- Player 1 starts at the first pawn, walks in for a through ball.
- Then walks out to the second pawn and takes the shot there.
- Goes to the third pawn and makes another through ball there etc.
- After 1 minute it is the next player's turn.
For 2 minutes take away balls .
- You have 2 attackers with a ball each.
- After 2 minutes 1 of the others becomes shooter.
- Who of the 3 team is the best shooter.
- Possibly a 2nd turn to improve.
- Players stand two by two 12 meters apart. They throw the ball across to the other side and sprint after the ball. 10x per person
- 1 person is the ticker
- The ticker is going to try to tickle as many people as possible, ticked? Then hold each other's hands until the pendulum is very long!
Red dots are the tickers. They are not allowed to let go of each other. The blue dots are the people who have yet to be tapped.
Play 2:2 where the person playing the ball makes a move toward the basket to supposedly take the catch.
- Depending on how the defender stands, this lady sprints away to a free position to shoot
- Or she comes into the support and doubles with the declarer who then shoots

Wonderful warm-up game:
- Form large circle
- Put three different colored caps in between each pair
- Coach calls left-right where the inner and outer circle moves in the called direction
- A different opponent each time
Points e.g. per small pylon 1 and the large 2. Be careful because the players become fanatical
Pawn Tag
- Divide the team into groups of 3 to 4 people
- Place pawns at different distances (for example, 4 meters, 8 meters, 12 meters and 20 meters)
- One player per team starts
- The player runs to the first pawn, taps it and runs back to the starting point
- Then the player taps the second pawn, and so on
- When the first player has touched all the pawns and is back at the start, the next player in the group starts
- The first team to get all the players wins
- 2 teams mixed
- Each round lasts 5 min, then quickly convert everything to the next round (max 3 min)
- Keep score, highest number at the end wins
- Perform pawn exercise well first then make certain score
- Round 1:
- score walk-through balls. (Pawn exercises = feinting between 2 pawns)
- Round 2:
- score shots 3-4m. (pawn exercise = 2 pawns forward, 1 pawn backward)
- Round 3:
- scoring short chances behind the post. The sprinter is indicated and who plays back to the out-stepping rebounder under the post (pawn exercise = hopping over the pawns)
- Round 4:
- scoring shots 4-5m. (pawn drill = skating jumping over the pawns, landing briefly holding)
- Round 5:
- scoring swerve balls. (pawn exercise = jumping up at pawns 1, 3 and 5 and squat at 2 and 4)
One 3 per pole. The exercises must be done at 100%. Each exercise lasts 2.5 minutes. The intermediate exercises take a specific time. The goal is to generate the most goals as a group.

- Dodging ball with the obligation to make a through ball when passing in through the ground. Player is played the ball, plays in on the pass, makes a dodge ball, is played the ball and plays in via a pass on the ground and makes a through ball.
- (Intermediate task 5: 3 against 3 in which only finishing is allowed by means of a shot).
- Shots back of the basket from 6/7 meters with repeat shot.
- One 3 per pole.
- The exercises must be done at 100%.

Intermediate assignment 3: Jumping jacks 2.5 minutes

Shots at the back of the basket from at least 6 meters where the shooter gets a repeat shot.
Intermediate assignment 4:
group 1 against 3 and group 2 against 4. 3 against 3 where no takeover is allowed, if scored then you may continue. The goals scored count double.

Make penalty throws. Each player makes 4 penalty throws in a row, then continue the game.

1st ball is always from the handover to one of the outside players. A rebound follows. Immediately the 1st player runs deep. Cross ball which is immediately played in for the through ball. The rebounder joins the remaining attacking player.

At the back line, place a bin of balls.
- The players start with a ball in their hand and run to the two hats closest to the net.
- They stand still between the hats and try to throw the ball into the bucket from there.
- Successful. Then they run back to the ball pit. Grab a new ball and run to the two hats in the middle to throw the ball into the bucket again from there.
- Failed. Then they run back to the ball pit. New ball and try again on that level.
- The one who completes the three levels first wins.
- In this exercise you use 2 poles facing each other.
- At each pole there is a declarer.
- One of the attackers has the ball.
- The posts are +/- 10 meters apart.
- At about 4 meters from the basket on the side stands an attacker with a defender.
- The attacker goes to the side of the post to make an offensive move to receive the ball for the shot.
- The goal is for the defender to give so much pressure that the ball cannot be thrown. If this happens the attacker makes a running action to the other post.
- The one standing in support throws the ball. the attacker must first make a rebound and only then make the through ball.
- Two courses with four pairs. 1 duo starts on the side.
- You play two against two. When the ball is intercepted the other duo takes a shot from the middle.
- If you score through a shot, it is worth one point. A through ball is worth two points.
- When a goal is scored, the scoring team leaves the field and a new pair enters the field. The pair that scored the goal may start.
Attention points attacker:
- Choose an alternating running pace.
- Try to look for your defender's backside.
Points of attention defender:
- Predefend!
- Try to intercept the pass.
