Korfballexercises for technique shoot / score / shot
Series 1:
- Walk-through ball without ball after tapping cone.
- Dodge shot (left and right alternate).
- Action inside;
- Short handball and short chance (left and right alternate).
- Throw ball from basket with backspin; run in behind and turn quickly; play ball and take evasive action for shot.
PAUSE: 4 minutes of shooting in light movement
Series 2:
- Open left and walk through with ball
- Open on the right and make a break for the shot (alternate between left and right)
- Open left; basket comes out opposite; find and shoot
- Open on the right; basket ends opposite; short-long and to the shot
Work alternately for 2 minutes.
- Distance shot
- Shoot 5x and you must hit 2x.
- One hit means you have to sprint back and forth across the width of the field once.
- A 0x is sprinting twice. Not hitting the basket twice is also sprinting.
- Shoot 5x and you must hit 2x.
- Take evasive action and move the ball to the other hand and make a through ball.
- 4 out of 5 hits, you have to sprint the shortage of hit balls.
- Practice free balls with pairs.
- Each 5x, of which 2x hit.
- Each 5x, of which 2x hit.
- Work with threes.
- The ball is played under the basket and you run forward.
- You get the ball back and you shoot.
- The third player catches the ball from the side and passes it to the outgoing player.
- They pass the ball back to the attacker and so on.
- Score 10 times from the left side and 10 times from the right side
- 9 or 10 players per section.
- The baskets are in the corner
- Under each pole stands a server with the ball.
- You have to pass the ball from the centre and catch it yourself.
- The server runs to the right pylon and then sprints to the centre.
- From there they look for a free basket and make a run through.
- The exercise is finished when everyone has scored 20 times.
- Around the basket are 4 hats at about 3 meters.
- At 5 metres there are 4 hats of another colour.
- In the small square stands the rebounder and outside the big square stands the shooter.
- The shooter shoots from outside the lines and must hit 5 times.
- The winner is the one who scores the 5 goals in the least number of turns.
- The winner then plays against another winner and the loser against another loser.
- Each pair a basket and a ball.
- One of the two teams has a ribbon on his head.
- So you have a team with and a team without a ribbon.

- Call to your coach: Are you the fastest, then you have won and there is exchanged,
- But not yet in possession of a point.
- You earn a point if your partner is also the fastest to score twice.
- So you earn a point if you win twice in a row.
- Variation is possible by means of penalty throws, walkthroughs, number of goals, etc.
- Hopping on your left leg through the rope ladder, at the end you make an evasive move to the right, you get the ball and score.
- Next time you hop on your right leg and after the ladder you dodge to the left and score.
- Score together 15 times.
- Two numbers:
- Who scores the most laps?
- Number 1 is going to shoot, number 2 is going to catch.
- The number 1 starts in front of the basket and will shoot 1 time on each side of the basket. (front, right, back, left)
- If the number 1 shoots 50% of these 4 chances, he/she may start a new round.
- The number 1 counts how many rounds he/she makes.
- When not 2 of the 4 chances are hit, then there must be changed.
- After 5 to 10 minutes, the player who has made the most rounds is the winner!
- Too difficult:
- Score once per round.
- Variation:
- Start the first round at 2 meter, then at 4, 6, 8 and 10 meter.
- You shoot at 6 metres in front of the basket.
- The other one catches it.
- The ball is played out again and the catcher runs away from the basket.
- He gets the ball back and shoots at about 6 meters.
- The person who catches the ball, plays off, runs away and gets the ball back and shoots.
- Which pair will be first to score 10 times?
- Perform various tasks with each other under the basket:
- 7 balls in front of the basket.
- 7 penalty throw in front of the basket.
- 5 shots in front of the basket.
- 5 passes behind the basket.
- 5 shots behind the basket.
- Per pole with 2 or 3 participants you start with 20 balls which are indicated from the space.
- When 20 have been scored you and your pole continue with the next exercise.
- 10 distance shots from the spot.

- Move on to 10 dodge balls.
- Each team has to score these goals.
