Soccer drills

  • player 1 passes the ball to player 2, who comes to ask for it
  • player 2 passes the ball back to player 1
  • player 1 passes the ball to player 3, who comes to ask for it
  • player 3 passes the ball to player 2, who comes to ask for the ball
  • player 2 passes the ball to player 4, who comes to ask for the ball
  • player 4 turns open and dribbles through the pots then connects back in
Variations:
  • ball acquisition with left, pass with right or vice versa

  • Players divide among the cones
  • Blue passes the ball to red and joins red
  • Red passes the ball back to blue and jumps over the fences and then joins blue
Variation:
  • Players pass the ball low

Match with at one end:
  • Two small goals
So the team with the 2 goals will have to defend well.
After a while the teams switch sides so that everyone has done both defending and attacking.
