This Exercise can be performed on both sides:
  • Good handball
  • Tight pass after it
  • Lay wide edge 16
  • After this round off on goal.

  • Attacker does exercise 4 times.
  • Attacker goes to retrieve ball and tries to score via 1V1 in goal right in front of him.
  • If defender can pick up ball he tries to score in goal on the side.

Exercise:
  • A plays on B
  • B passes to A
  • A dribbles a little, gives good ball to C
  • C dribbles next hat
  • C plays on D
  • C runs on without ball
  • D passes to C

  • A-B
  • B-C

  • D retrieves ball - becomes A
Coaching:
  • Movement without ball
  • Good leg and tight passing
  • Coach each other by calling out name
Playing style:
  • 1-4-4-2
  • A= 3-4
  • B=6
  • C=5
  • D=9

  • Blue passes the ball down the field
  • White takes the ball
  • Red begins to defend, creating a 2 vs. 1

  • The goalkeeper passes to a player from red
  • Then 2v2 starts
  • Whoever scores first wins

  • White passes the ball to red.
  • A 2-on-3 occurs.
  • Red tries to score in the big goal and blue in the little goals.

  • Two teams play against each other.
  • The trainer gives the signal by calling out a color.
  • Then the first of each group run to the color of the pot the trainer indicated.
  • Then the players return as quickly as possible and run through the gate of the two orange cones.
  • The trainer plays a ball at the same time.
  • Which creates a 1 vs. 1.
