Soccer drills for technique attack / offense

  • Players play a match of, say, here 8 against 8.
  • When a goal is scored, they may take a jar from behind the goal and put it by their own jar.
  • When all pots at a goal are gone, it is finished.

  • Players pass the ball around
  • 2 attackers try to intercept the ball

  • Blue jumps the hoops
  • Red jumps over the gates
  • They run around the cone
  • They try to score
Variations:

  • With left/right leg jumping into the hoop

Match with at one end:
  • Two small goals
So the team with the 2 goals will have to defend well.
After a while the teams switch sides so that everyone has done both defending and attacking.
drawing Match 2 goals
  • Distance width the 16, other goal at 20 meters outside the 16.
  • Goal: Put pressure and switch quickly.
  • Execution:
    • Red player works clear from 16.
    • Then becomes 2:1.
    • Ball outside or scored 2:3 , 4:3, 4:4.
  • If you have 2 goalkeepers in your team, put them on goal.

  • 40% defenders and 60% attackers.
  • The attackers start from the center line and should mainly focus on ball possession.
  • For sloppy passes and pinging, players are punished with 5 push-ups.
  • The defense starts from the 16-meter line and moves with the ball.
When 5 passes are scored, all defenders must do 5 push-ups.

  • Player C begins running motion around cones.
  • Players A and B attack.
  • Player C and the goalkeeper defend.
  • Finishing on goal.
Passing: A becomes C, B becomes K, K becomes A and C becomes B.

Duration: 8 minutes, while waiting their turn juggling the ball.

  • Red attacks, blue defends.
  • Blue scores on 6 passes.
  • Blue compulsorily plays after 3 times or scores in one of the 2 small goals.
  • Defenders press 100% 1v1.
  • Attackers may only interrupt passes.
  • Ball back on fouls.

Field 15 x 15 meters.
Goal 5 x 2 with 5 cones: outer 2 = 5 pt, next to them = 3 pt, middle = 1 pt

  • Player A starts next to own goal and dribbles ball in through gate.
  • Diagonal pass to player B.
  • Player B takes on plays through to player C.
  • Player C turns left or right away from defender or cone in his back.
  • Player C shoots at goal and tries to score as high as possible.
Whoever gets the most points after several rounds of this exercise wins!

Passing through: A to B, B to C, C takes ball and joins on other side of goal. There the same exercise in mirror version.

Skills: dribbling, passing, taking on and passing, turning away from defender, targeted kicking, finding corners.
drawing Intermediate form 5v5
It is a 1 against 1 exercise where the defending blue side plays the ball in to the attacking red side and the latter thus looks for a 1 against 1. Blue has the task of defending 2 goals.

Rules
  • When you have gone, you switch sides
  • Score over the center line
  • If the defender has the ball or shoots, it is finished
Points of attention
  • Let the attacker pace and use body movements
  • Let the defender defend forward
