Soccerexercises for technique attack / offense

  • 2 groups
  • Both groups stand on one side next to the goal.
  • 1 player plays the ball high/low (depending on level), to player 2 who stands in a square at the edge of the penalty area.
  • Player 2 must control the ball in square and shoot.
  • Retrieves his own ball and connects next to the goal.
  • Player of the other team was waiting behind square, now moves up.
  • Has to be done in high tempo, otherwise it is too static.
  • The team with the most goals wins.

  • Two small goals and 1 big goal near the 16 meter
  • Goalkeeper on the goal and a 1-4-3 formation
  • Opposing team 3-3 formation (middle and front) with deep nr 10
  • Play a match, pay attention to the build-up from the back.
  • Pay attention to deep backs in the attack, stand wide, compact in defence.

  • Player 3 takes on dribble between cones
  • Makes a passing move and sprints to the backline
  • Player 3 passes ball on the ground to edge of 16
  • Player sprints back around the pawn and walks to the edge of 16 to take the ball or finish it off directly.

  • Take turns passing the ball as in picture and last player to finish
  • After finishing up, join the other row and players chase the ball

  • Duration:
    • 20 min
  • Distance:
    • Width per section 6 mtr length 8 mtr.
  • Goal:
    • Search for the attacker in possession of the ball and pass to him so that he can score.
    • The four players are only allowed to move in their own area to protect the passing line.
    • The 2 attackers are free to move around the four squares but behind the defenders.
    • When the ball is in the possession of the attacker, the defender can try to conquer it in that square.
    • If scoring is too easy, the attackers are obliged to play at least once before they can score.
    • When there are more players in the box, you have to add more players.
    • When there is an uneven number of players, 1 team works with more attacker but then the rule is immediately in force that the attackers must play at least 1x over before they may score.

  • Distance: 
    • 40 mtr width 
    • 20 mtr length
  • Implementation: 
    • 2 teams play ball around 10 times gives that team the right to score. 
    • Other team defends the goal and when in possession of the ball, the team tries to pass the ball around 10 times, giving them the right to score.
    • Team that takes the ball away when they have the right to score may score immediately. 
    • Without goalkeeper so use a 3x1Mtr goal.
  • Coach moment: 
    • Positions in the field also work in 3 lines here. 
    • Ball possession team rest on the ball and move. 
    • Defending team compactly screen the goal.

  • Exercise corner kick 15 minutes.
  • Coach on where to stand and what running lines are expected of them. 
  • Only run when the ball is played. 
  • No fixed instruction, do not walk on top of each other. 
  • If possible, shoot straight away. 
  • When not scoring, create more overtime with attackers. 
  • The goal is to score when there are an even number of opponents.
  • Let the attackers change positions often.

  • Player 1 rebounds on player 2.
  • Player 2 sprints around the pawn and then runs towards the goal to receive the cross.
  • Player 1 drives towards the pawn and rebounds to player 3.
  • Player 3 runs to the back line after the handball with player 1 passing deep.
  • Player 3 crosses and player 1 finishes.
  • ATTENTION:
    • Dribble and tap the ball every 1 or 2 steps.
    • Control the ball.
    • The deep pass must be powerful.
    • Player 1 must keep good contact for the cross and sprint in time for the goal.

  • Bb4 against bbt 3 exercise 10 minutes.
  • The aim is for the bb side to dribble the ball over the line or pass it several times. (For example, start at 5 and go higher and higher).
  • To make it more difficult they may only touch the ball 2/3 times. 
  • Bbt side must try to dribble the ball over the opponent's line. 
  • Or pass 5 times. 
  • Always play with 1 overtime. 
  • Adjust the size of the field if it is difficult to play over.

  • We play 3 against 3, to the same goal. 
  • If one team loses the ball, the other team takes over the attack. 
  • The other team must always move back behind a cone.
  • So that the defending team can set up. (must go quickly, practise switching).

  • Remark: 
    • 2 goalkeepers constantly alternate, every 5 balls.
  • Finishing exercise.
  • Reaching the goal through clean passing.
  • Sequence: 
    • Pass.
    • Turn up + pass.
    • Turn up + pass.
    • Handball.
    • Pass. 
    • Finish.
  • Logical turn-around, deflecting striker picks up the ball from the player who shot. 
  • The player who shoots immediately rejoins as a central handball player in the dot.

  • Place pylons as shown in the picture.
  • Players on pylon 1, pylon 2 and pylon 3.
  • Player 2 runs round the pylon, calls and offers. (practise running free from man).
  • Player pylon 1 plays in and player pylon 2 rebounds.
  • Player pylon 2 walks up to pos 1 2 or 3 to choose place to finish.
  • Player pylon 1 passes to player pylon 3.
  • Player pylon 3 sends a tailored cross to the chosen place of player pylon 2.
  • Player pylon 2 takes over or finishes directly on the chosen spot.
