Conditional finishing with different match situations

Finishing form focused on finishing on goal.
The aim is to finish at a high tempo, while also addressing the conditional aspect

Exercise:

  • The group lines up on the short side of the field in a few relays.
  • At a sign, they all walk at the same time to the opposite side and sit back to back in a random order.

Variation:
  • Vary the starting and ending postures.

Goal of the exercise:

Exercise:

Hearts: Push-ups, Spades: Squat, Clubs: Burpee, Diamonds: Lunges.
